Schröder, Joseph & Associates, LLP is the exclusive Western New York representative of The National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and the Employment Law Alliance (ELA).

NAMWOLF is a nonprofit trade association developed with the goal of promoting diversity in the legal profession by fostering successful relationships among preeminent minority and women-owned law firms and private/public entities. NAMWOLF’s membership is comprised of AV-rated firms across the nation which represent major corporate clients. Through these efforts, NAMWOLF helps ensure the long-term survival of minority and women-owned law firms.

The ELA is the world’s largest and most important network of management-side labor and employment lawyers. With leading employment, labor and immigration attorneys in more than 135 countries, all 50 U.S. states and each Canadian province, the ELA provides multi-state and multi-national companies seamless and cost-effective services worldwide. As a select member of both NAMWOLF and the ELA, our firm has formed valuable network relationships which assist in our ability to service our clients’ needs throughout the United States and around the world.
