A 1998 Athena Award recipient, Ms. Joseph also is a graduate of the Leadership Buffalo Class for 1999, an Adjunct Professor of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo Law School, Post-Chair of the Western New York League of Conservation Voters and a former member of the Womens Tap Fund Board of Directors.
Ms. Joseph graduated in the top ten percent of her law school class, receiving her law degree, cum laude, at SUNY at Buffalo Law School. Prior to forming the law firm of Schröder, Joseph & Associates, LLP with Ginger Schröder in 2001, Ms. Joseph was a shareholder with Buchanan Ingersoll Professional Corporation. Her earlier career included positions as the Special Assistant to the General Counsel at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. and Chair of the Litigation Department of one of Buffalos oldest and largest law firms, Jaeckle, Fleischmann & Mugel. Ms. Joseph is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been repeatedly selected for Whos Who in Law by Business First.
